Mexican Casserole

Ingredients

1 lb. Ground beef

1 package Old El Paso Taco Seasonin

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 can (14.5oz) Tomatoes, crushed (or diced)

1 small onion

1 Tablespoon Sour cream topping

Guacamole topping


Directions

In a frying pan, cook ground beef and add taco seasoning(follow directions on package). Add onions and cook until onions are done. Drain the can of tomatoes and mix into meat mixture. Add cheese and mix entire contents together. When serving top with dollup of guacamole and sour cream. TIP: This recipe (less sour cream and guacamole) freezes quite well in individual servings and is quick to micowave. Simply add the guac and sour cream once reheated. Great for lunch!
