Mexican Coffee

Ingredients

2 ts Ground cinnamon

1 c milk

Ground cinnamon for garnish

1/3 c Chocolate syrup

Whipped cream for garnish

6 c Water

3/4 c coffee bean Ground dark roast

2 tb Light brown sugar

1 ts Pure vanilla extract


Directions

Place coffee and cinnamon in filter basket of coffeemaker. Add water to coffeemaker and brew as directed. 2. In saucepan, blend milk, chocolate syrup and sugar. Stir over low heat until sugar dissolves. 3. Combine milk mixture and brewed coffee; stir in vallina. Garnish with whipped cream and cinnamon. makes 6 cups.
