Ingredients

4 lbs chuck roast

1 cup wine

1 package onion soup mix

1 can pork and beans

1 can kidney beans

1 can Pinto beans

1 large can tomales sliced

1 can chili with beans

1 large can Enchilada sauce

1 can corn

1 can beef broth

1 can Green chiles chopped

1 can Tomatoes diced

cheddar cheese

bouillon


Directions

Brown meat in dutch oven with wine, onion soup, bouillion, & beef broth for 3 to 4 hours. Shred with fork and add all other ingredients. Cook until hot - 20 minutes.
