1/2 c Dried cherries
1 lg Apple unpeeled and grated
1/4 c Brown sugar
2 c Old fashioned oats
4 c milk
1/2 ts Almond flavoring
1/2 c almonds Sliced
So good! I substituted almond milk for 2 cups of the milk and used dried cranberries because I didn't have dried cherries. I was too lazy to grate the apple, so I cut the apple in small chunks instead. For an extra special treat, we put whipped cream on top and sprinkled it all with cinnamon. Delish!
