Melt butter and stir in milk and sugar. Cook on full power in microwave for 7minutes covered with plastic wrap. Uncover carefully so as to not get a steam Burn. And stir well . Recover and cook 2 more minutes. Make sure a drop of it in a few tbsp of water that it forms a soft ball. Stir in chocolate chips,vanilla and then marshmallow cream followed by nuts. Spread into buttered 9x 13 pan and cool completely.
