Start with Milk Chocolate Brownie mix and mix as directed on box. Just before pouring into pan, add 1/2 pkg. milk chocolate chips. Bake as instructed. Take out of oven when done and let it cool about 15 minutes. Then pour remaining chocolate chips on top. Wait a few minutes until melted, then spread over brownies. Wait until cool to cut.
