Mini Party Pizzas

Ingredients

1 pound Pizza Dough store bought

1 can (15 oz) Pizza Sauce

1 package (8 oz) Mozzarella grated

1 package (8 oz) Pepperoni mini

1/2 pound Sausage mild


Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Roll out pizza dough. Use large round cookie cutter or biscuit cutters (2-3 inches) to cut out dough. Place on cookie sheet. Top with sauce, cheese and meats. Bake for 10-12 minutes.

These were a BIG hit with the entire family. Very different than I expected: they turned into pizza "puffs". (Might have been the pizza dough I used.) A double recipe made about 24 mini pizzas. My cookie cutter did not work well with the first batch, so I divided the second batch into 12 pieces, rolled them into balls, and flattened them by hand. Good leftovers, too--one teen said they were terrific cold, while the other thought they were even tastier (reheated) the next day. (I used Rao's Homemade Pizza Sauce)
