Char tomatillos on grille and place into a mixing bowl with toasted sesame seeds, bread, ground spices and 2 cups water. In a medium sauce pan heat oil on medium heat, add 1/2 of the chilis and cook until slightly browned, place into a mixing bowl, do same with other half. Cover chilis with water to rehydrate. in same pot brown garlic, almonds, and sunflower seeds. Place in tomatillo bowl. Brown raisins and place in tomatillo bowl. set pan aside off the heat. Strain the chilis and the water, reserve water if not too bitter to thin out sauce. place all ingredients into blender and blend until a smooth consistency is reached. Strain through a fine mesh strainer and return to same saucepot and cook over medium heat until right consistency is reached.
