Ingredients

2 cups whole milk

6 eggs

1 teaspoon salt

4 tablespoons butter melted

2 cups (228 gms) sifted flour


Directions

You can prepare the dough a day in advance; stir to re-combine the ingredients. 1. Put all the ingredients in a blender, in the order listed above. Cover and run on high speed until thoroughly combined, scraping down the sides as necessary. 2. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. 3. Grease 16 popover tins with shortening, and preheat the tins for 15 minutes. 4. Fill the tins half full. bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then reduce the oven to 350 degrees and bake for an additional 40 minutes.
