Mommy's Nigerian Fried Rice

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups of regular long grain rice

1/2 cup of raw green beans

1/4 cup of whole kernel corn

1/4 cup fresh sweet peas

1/2 cup of carrots

1 cup of cabbage

1/2 cup of sliced red onion

2 stalks of green onion

one slab of liver(beef liver works)

1/2-1 lb of raw shrimp. Deveined with the tail on

I knorr cube(any bouillon works)

salt to taste

1/2 tbsp. of thyme

1/2 tbsp. green curry powder

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/8 sp nut meg

1/2 tsp freshly grated ginger

1 1/2-2 cups of chicken or beef stock

2 1/2 tbsps of peanut or ground nut oil
