Mom's Ice Cream Balls w/Hot Sauce

Ingredients

1 cup Graham cracker crumbs

2 tablespoon Sugar

1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon

1/4 cup Peanut butter

1/2 gallon Vanilla ice cream

HOT PUDDING SAUCE

2 small Chocolate pudding not instant

1 cup Milk

1 cup Water

4 tablespoon Margarine

Directions

Mix together graham cracker crumbs, sugar, cinnamon and peanut butter; set aside. Using ice cream scoop, scoop balls out of ice cream and roll in first mixture. Place on cookie sheet and freeze until ready to use. Just before serving, prepare Hot Pudding Sauce. HOT Pudding Sauce: Cook all ingredients until thick; pour over Ice Cream Balls.
