Directions

1. Preheat griddle. 2. Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Add 2 egg yolks and then milk. 3. Whisk 2 egg whites and then fold into mixture. Pour 1/8 to 1/4 cup mixture onto griddle, depending on the size of pancakes you want.
