1/4 cup cornstarch

1/4 cup soy sauce

3 tbsp raw honey

2 tsp rice vinegar

1/4 cup water

2 tbsp peanut oil plus a little extra

1 head of broccoli, cut into bite-size florets

4 large garlic cloves minced

1 tbsp freshly grated ginger

1 bunch green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
