Morello Cherry Mess

Ingredients

1 lg Jar Morello cherries

100 g Dark chocolate; (3 1/2 oz)

4 sm Meringue nests; (broken into

; sized pieces)

225 g Greek yogurt; (8 oz)

150 ml Double cream; (1/4 pint)

Directions

In a large bowl simply fold the yoghurt, cream and meringue together, then gently add the cherries. Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water. Spoon the morello cherry mess into large serving glasses and top with the melted chocolate.
