2 cups water

1 cup walnuts finely chopped

3 tbsp ground flaxseed

1/3 cup ketchup

1/2-3/4 cup bread crumbs whole grain preferred (*I used sprouted bread and blended it in

3/4 cup quick cooking oats

3 tbsp nutritional yeast

4 tbsp low sodium soy sauce

2 tbsp vegetarian Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp tahini

1/2 tsp thyme

1/2 tsp oregano

1 tsp basil

ketchup barbecue sauce to top
