Mushroom Meatloaf

Ingredients

6 ounce Canned mushrooms stems and pieces drained and chopped

15 ounce sloppy joe sauce

1 pound extra lean ground beef

1 cup Quick oatmeal

1 large egg

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning sodium free


Directions

Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Dump 1/2 can of sloppy joe sauce and all the other ingredients into a bowl and mix gently. Line cookie sheet with foil & spray with nonstick. Shape the meatloaf into a rectangle on the foil. Bake for 30 minutes. Pour the remaining 1/2 can of sauce over the loaf. Bake for 30 minutes more, until the meat is no longer pink.
