Nappa Salad

Ingredients

1 head nappa cabbage – torn

1/3 cup butter – melted

2 tbsp sesame seeds

1 cup almonds

1 package ramen noodles - crumbled

¼ cup cider vinegar

½ cup sugar

¾ cup vegetable oil

2 tbsp soy sauce


Directions

Combine butter, sesame seeds, almonds and ramen noodles. Toast in 350 degree oven for 7 minutes or until slightly browned. Let cool. In bowl, whisk together cider vinegar, sugar, vegetable oil and soy sauce. Bring to boil – boil one more minute, stirring constantly. Let cool. Toss before serving.
