Ingredients

1 Package Navy Beans Cover and soak 24 hours w/2" water

1-2 Ham Hocks

1 sm Onion Chopped

1 lg Potato Diced small

1-2 Carrots Sliced

4-6 cups Water

2 TBL ea Onion Powder; Garlic Powder; Ground Pepper

Salt AFTER the beans cook the (Makes the beans hard)


Directions

Soak beans overnight covering with 2" water. Drain and rinse. Put beans in pot and cook 1 Hr. Add rest of ingredients and cook on med for 1 hr. Turn down heat to low and simmer 2-3 hours Remove the meat from the hocs and return to soup.
