Ingredients

1 kg tinned tomatoes

100 grams butter

300 ml of cream

30 grams sugar

20 shakes of worcester sauce

8 shakes tobasco

salt & pepper

Directions

Bring the tomatoes to a simmer, add cream, butter & sugar. Add worcester sauce, tobasco and salt and pepper. Taste constantly, when happy, blend & pass through seive
