1/2 upfinely chopped/ roughly pulsed bell peppers

5-6 french beans finely chopped /pulsed

1/4 upfinely chopped /pulsed cabbage

1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon poha /beaten rice or 1/2 cups bo

1 tablespoon rice flour*

2 teaspoon soy sauce

1/2 easpoonchilly sauce

1 teaspoon grated garlic or garlic paste

1 teaspoon grated ginger or ginger paste

1/4 easpoonblack pepper

Salt to taste

For the gravy

1 tablespoon cooking oil

1 cup finely chopped red/white onion or shallots

1/2 upred or green bell pepper/Shimla mirch/capsicum

1/2 upspring onions chopped

2 tablespoon finely chopped garlic

2 teaspoon grated ginger

3 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon green / red chilly sauce

1 teaspoon honey/sugar/agave

2 teaspoon tomato ketchup

2 teaspoon vinegar

1.5 cups water

1 tablespoon rice flour

Salt to taste*

1/2 easpoonblack pepper
