No-peek Stew

Super easy and very popular with my teenage boys. Delicious with mashed potatos.

Ingredients

4 lbs pork chops

5 10.5 ounce cans mushroom soup

12 ounces ginger ale

2 packets dried onion soup mix


Directions

Stir together the soup, ginger ale and onion soup mix. Put the pork chops in a dutch oven and cover with the mixture. Stir to cover the pork chops. Put in oven and cook at 350 for 3 1/2 hours. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
