3 cups RiceSelect™ Royal Blend® Rice cooked
1/2 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
6 ounces crab meat fresh or canned
1 4-ounce jar pimiento drained and chopped
1 4-ounce can mushrooms drained and sliced
1 can mushroom soup
2 tablespoons butter
1 onion chopped
1/2 cup celery
1 green pepper chopped
1 cup almonds slivered
I added fresh cilantro and lemon to spice this up just a bit. Love this as a week night quick and healthy meal.
