Ingredients

1/2 cup Soy sauce

1/2 cup Dry white wine

2 tablespoons Sugar-free syrup I use a spicy flavor, like gingerbread

1 teaspoon Ground ginger

2 cloves Garlic minced


Directions

Stir all ingredients together in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture boils. Serve hot, or remove from heat, cool and refrigerate, for use in recipes. Per Serving: 11 Calories; trace Fat (2.2% calories from fat); 1g Protein; 1g Carbohydrate; trace Dietary Fiber; 0mg Cholesterol; 516mg Sodium.
