Nouvelle Fettucini

You can substitute frozen vegetables of your choice for the carrots, broccoli, and squash.

Ingredients

2 cups Broccoli flowerets

1 cup Carrot slices

1/4 cup Margarine

2 cups Squash, slices

1/2 pound Asparagus spears cut into 1 inch pieces

3/4 pound Velveeta cubed

3/4 cup Half-and-half cream

1 teaspoon Dried oregano crushed

1/4 pound Ham cubed

4 ounce Fettucini cooked and drained

1/3 cup Parmesan cheese


Directions

1. In skillet stir fry broccoli and carrots in margarine about 3 minutes. 2. Add squash and asparagus; stir fry until crisp-tender. 3. Reduce heat to medium. 4. Add velveeta, half and half, and oregano. Stir until melted. 5. Add remaining ingredients. Mix lightly.
