Ingredients

(1 inch) Chopped finely into rings

8 tablespoons water room temp

1.5 tablespoons Sugar

finely chopped

3 tablespoons Fish Sauce

1.5 Tablespoons


Directions

Mix all of the ingredients together in a small bowl. Once sugar has dissolved let sit at room temperature for an hour to let flavor develop. Use same day or store in refrigerator for later use.
