1/2 cup raw cashews

6 ounces firm silken tofu

3 large cloves garlic or to taste

2 medium celery stalks chopped

1/2 cup water

1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon white miso

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

4 regular or 2 Medjool dates pitted

1 teaspoon kelp granules

2 tablespoons nutritional yeast

freshly ground pepper to taste
