Ingredients

1/2 cup Gluten-free Oats

1/2 cup Almond/Coconut Milk

1/2 cup Filtered Water

1/2 Green apple grated

1 handful Almonds toasted

2 tablespoons Coyo


Directions

1. Combine the oats, milk and water in a saucepan and bring to the boil over high heat. 2. Reduce the heat to medium and simmer, covered, 10-12 minutes until the oats are soft. 3. To serve, add grated apple, toasted almonds and coyo.
