Oil Free Herb Vinaigrette

Ingredients

1 ts Fresh mint; finely chopped

1 Garlic minced

salt and pepper to taste

1 tb Parsley; finely chopped

1 Lemon juice of

1 tb Chives; finely chopped

2 tb Red wine vinegar

1 ts Seed mustard

3 tb Tomato juice

1 ts Worcestershire Sauce


Directions

Whisk all the ingredients together thoroughly until smooth then chill until ready to use. Shake or whisk again before using.
