1 cn Tomato paste (6oz)

1 ts Hot pepper sauce -- more if

1 1/2 lb Beef stew meat;cubed -- or

2 tb Chili powder

1 1/2 ts Salt

2 lb Hamburger


Directions

Place all the ingredients in cooker, mix thoroughly, cover. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Serves four real hungrey people or six regular eaters.
