Ingredients

8 Egg Whites or 1 cup Egg Substitute

1/3 cup Almond Flour

10 Tablespoons Water

1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder

1/2 teaspoon Garlic Salt

1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder

1/4 teaspoon Chili Powder


Directions

Add egg whites, almond flour, baking powder and water in a bowl. Combine well (should be a uniform, watery mixture). Mix in seasonings. Heat a skillet (whatever size you want your tortillas to be) to a low heat. Wait until the pan is hot. Spray with cooking spray. Drop some of the mixture into the center (can use 1/4 cup measuring spoon). Tilt the skillet on all edges to spread the batter as thin as possible, as quickly as possible. You can add more batter to the areas not covered. Repeat the process until all the batter is cooked. Makes approximately 16 small taco-sized tortillas. TIP: If your first tortilla doesn't spread thin enough on the skillet, (if it comes out more like a pancake) add more water to the batter and mix well.
