Ingredients

1 T.

6 Cloves add more if desired

6 pieces

1/4 to 1 C.

2 or a fully cooked chicken

Directions

Mix first 5 ingred. Together and pour over chicken I roasting pan. Bake In 350 Degree Oven Uncovered FOR 1 1/2 hours. Baste often to flavor all chicken equally. Serve with rice.
