Ingredients

1 lb orecchiette pasta

3 cups cherry tomatoes

5 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

3 6 oz fillets salmon

2 whole cloves garlic smashed and peeled

1 medium shallot finely chopped

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

1/4 cup dry white wine {I used a Pinot Grigio}

1 large lemon juiced and zested

1 cup basil roughly chopped

1 cup parsley roughly chopped

1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
