Oreo Balls - Lower Fat Version

This is more like a candy. Can use other kinds of cookies and chocolate chips for a different taste.

Ingredients

1 package Oreo cookies, Reduced-Fat crushed

8 ounces cream cheese, fat free

12 ounces white chocolate chips melted

1/2 cup milk chocolate chips melted


Directions

Using a food processor, mix Oreos and cream cheese together. Roll into marble size balls. Chill for an hour. Melt white chocolate chips. Stick a toothpick in an Oreo ball and dip it in the melted white chocolate chips. Mix melted milk chocolate chips with remaining melted white chocolate. Drizzle over oreo balls. Allow to harden on wax paper. Takes about 15 min. Per Serving (excluding unknown items): 35 Calories; 2g Fat (47.9% calories from fat); trace Protein; 4g Carbohydrate; trace Dietary Fiber; trace Cholesterol; 9mg Sodium. Exchanges: 0 Lean Meat; 1/2 Fat; 1/2 Other Carbohydrates.

These were great but one suggestion that I would make is to use melting candy chocolate instead of chocolate chips. It will make it much easier to dip the Oreo balls!

So easy and very yummy! *Side note: Recipe makes about fifty balls, depending on size.

I have eaten them but have not made them yet. Wow! They were awesome! They would be a nice addition as easter candy dipped in pastel chocolate.
