Wash & Prepare your vegetables
In a large skillet or wok heat 2 tablespoons Olive Oil and cook your chopped chicken breast until golden brown and cooked through. Add your vegetables to your skillet or wok and cook, stirring often till vegetables are cooked through and tender.
Prepare the ramen noodles according to package directions, and strain, saving liquid off noodles. Mix together 1/2 cup Soy Sauce with 2 tablespoons corn starch, or use 1/4 cup soy sauce and 1/4 cup ramen noodle broth with 2 tablespoons corn starch.
