Overnight Oats - Apple Cinnamon

Ingredients

1/2 cup Oats

2-4 Tbsp Apple Sauce

2 tsp Brown Sugar

1/4 tsp Cinnamon

1/2 cup Milk of choice (e.g. coconut milk)


Directions

Put all ingredients into a mason jar. Screw lid on tight and shake well to mix. Place in fridge and let sit for at least 4 hours. Enjoy!
