100g finely chopped

1 finely chopped

1/2 teaspoon


Directions

Place the vinegar, tomato, eschalot, Tabasco, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix to combine. Set aside. Place the ice on a serving plate and top with the oysters. Top the oysters with the salsa and baby coriander leaves to serve.
