Ingredients

3 Soy Sausage Patties*

1 Whole Wheat English Muffin

3 oz Fat-free Mozzerella Cheese


Directions

*Soy Patties should be approx. 80 Cal each. Cook soy sausages according to packaging instructions. Top the English muffin with the cheese and cook in a toaster oven or under the broiler for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the cheese melts. Slice muffin in two. Place sausage on bottom half of muffin and top with other half. Level 2 = 2 Protein, 1/2 Carbohydrate, 2 Dairy
