4 cups cauliflower cut into florets
1/2 cup carrots chopped
1 cup broth
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
1/4 tsp onion powder
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon arrowroot flour (optional for more cheesy "gooey-ness")
Wow, I was pleasantly surprised at how cheesy tasting this was! I mean of course it still has the cauliflower and carrot flavors in it, your not going to get the restaurant queso flavor all the way with this, but it is a great substitute for us who can't have all the gunky stuff :) So excited to find this recipe!!
