These crackers are excellent served with salad, soup, cheese or spreads.

2 cups All-purpose flour
1 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Salt
2/3 cup Warm water
1/3 cup Vegetable oil
1 Egg white blended with 2 Tbs water
6 tbsp Sesame seeds
3 tbsp poppy seeds
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese shredded
I thought these crackers were very good. I substituted olive oil for the reg oil, added a mixture of seeds, and did not use the egg white wash. I also used 3/4 tsp of kosher salt and sprinkled more on top. Spread them out as thin as possible and bake till light golden. Don't forget to score with a pizza cutter! (I cut the crackers much smaller too)
jck1225These were tasty and easy to make. My first attempt at making home made crackers. When I make them again, I would add a little more salt, and some cayene pepper to enhance the cheese flavour. Would also try and get them around 3mm thick when rolling the dough.
