Ingredients

20 mini bell peppers

1/2 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese

1/2 cup garlic and herbed cream cheese

1 1/2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped

1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

1/8 teaspoon salt


Directions

Slice the tops off the bell peppers. Remove the seeds and veins. Combine all of the remaining ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Place the mixture in heavy re-sealable plastic bag. Cut off the corner and pipe the cheese mixture into the bell peppers. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish as desired.
