Pasta Salad Pepperoncini

Ingredients

8 ounces Pasta Corkscrew macaroni (3 cups)

1/4 cup Olive oil

3 tablespoons Lemon Juice

1 teaspoon Dried oregano leaves, crushed

1/4 teaspoon Black pepper

1/8 teaspoon Garlic powder or 1 clove garlic minced

10 ounces Pepperoni (1 jar) drained and sliced

2 cans Black olives sliced. 2 1/4 ounce (each can.) drained. 1 cup

Swiss Cheese cubed. to taste

1 jar Artichokes small jar

1 tablespoon italian Seaoning

1/2 cup Italian dressing too taste


Directions

Prepare macaroni according to package directions. In colander, rinse in cold water; drain wet. Meanwhile, in cup, stir together oil, lemon juice, oregano, pepper and garlic. In large bowl, combine macaroni, tomatoes, salad I peppers and olives. Add dressing; toss to coat. Cover; refrigerate until serving time, at least 30 minutes. Garnish with additional whole salad peppers if desired.
