Pasta with Bacon, Black Olives And Pesto

Ingredients

6 oz Back bacon derinded and cut into strips

1 jar red pesto or green pesto

2 tb Fresh parsley chopped

1 Garlic crushed

1 Onion chopped

2 oz black olives Pitted, chopped

2 8-oz packs fresh egg

Salt


Directions

1. Cook the pasta following the pack instructions. 2. Fry the bacon for 3-4 minutes, then stir in the onion and garlic. Cook for a further 3-4 minutes. 3. Stir in the pesto, olives, cooked, drained pasta and season to taste. Mix well and serve immediately sprinkled with freshly chopped parsley. NOTES : Dried pasta could be used instead of fresh pasta, cook following instructions on the pack. Delicious served with bread ciabatta and a green salad.
