1/2 cup Unsweetened Silk Vanilla Almond Milk + a few table as needed to get things moving in the blender

1/2-1 cup ice

Chocolate Layer:

1/2 banana, frozen

1/4 cucumber, frozen

1 stalk celery frozen

1 scoop chocolate protein powder or 3 tablespoons cocoa po

handful of spinach

1 cup Unsweetened Silk Vanilla Almond Milk

1/2-1 cup ice

optional for garnish: drizzle of Jif Peanut Powder mini chocolate chips, coconut cream
