Pear Vinaigrette

Ingredients

1 Bartlett pear cored and coarsely chopped

1 tablespoon onion (white or yellow) grated

1/4 cup honey

1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt

1/2 cup apple cide vinegar

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

2 tablespoon walnut oil

3 tablespoon canola oil


Directions

In a blender or food processor, pulse the pear, onion, honey, salt, vinegar, mustard and Tabasco. Add the oils and pulse until the mixture thickens slightly. Cover and refrigerate for up to one week.
