Peas and Carrots

Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter

2 large Carrots cut into small uniform dice

1/4 bag Frozen Peas

Kosher Salt and Pepper to taste


Directions

1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the carrots 2. And cook until they're tender, 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally 3.Add the peas, straight out of the freezer, then toss them around for 2 minutes. ( They'll thaw almost instantly) 4. Add salt and pepper to taste, toss to combine.
