Pepper Steak

Ingredients

2 lb round steak

4 tablespoon cornstarch

4 tablespoon Dark soy sauce4

4 large green peppers

1/2 cup cooking oil

1 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp pepper

2 cloves garlic


Directions

freeze meat until firm , cut paper thin. Marinate in soy sauce 5 min. Roll in cornstarch, salt n pepper. Cut green peppers in 1 inch strips, sauté in oil (2 min). Remove peppers put meat n garlic in oil, sauté stirring for 2 min. Add beef juice to peppers bring to boil then cook until thickened. Serve over rice or noodles.
