2 1/2 c Powdered sugar
I only used the cake recipe for some cupcakes. I doubled the recipe and cooked them for 13 min @ 350. We used buttercream frosting and the cupcakes were a hit!!! The kids all loved them.

KellKelzI don't even want to give it one star! Cake came out flavorless, like styrofoam; the texture fell apart like sandstone. Even with more than adequate greasing it refused to depart the pan with great catastrophe, claiming the life if the cake. Do NOT recommend and will NEVER even think remotely about using this recipe again!!!!!
