Perfect Protein Salad

Ingredients

1 Pepper

1 Scallion

1/2 c Mayonnaise

2 tb Dry white wine

1 Red onion

1 ts Fresh fennel or dill

1/2 c Cider vinegar

1 Celery stalk

3/4 c Soybeans; raw

1 ds Basil

1/2 c Freshly chopped parsley

1 Cucumber

3/4 c Raw rye or wheat berries

Salt and pepper

1/4 ts Dry mustard

While beans & berries are

1 Carrot

1 Lime or lemon; juice of

2 Cloves crushed garlic


Directions
