Ingredients

1 Packet Baby Spinach salad Prepped

2 Pcs Persimmon Sliced in circles

1/2 Packet Feta cheese Crumbled

1 Handfull Melon seeds Roasted with maple and salt

1 tablespoon Nigela seeds Roasted

1/4 cup Lemon vinaigrette


Directions

Arrange the slices so they look like they are overlapping with spinach. Sprinkle feta seeds on top and add the vinaigrette on top.
