1 each onion medium thinly sliced

12 ounces sliced mushrooms

Olive Oil

16 ounces flank steak

1 head romaine lettuce

6 slices provolone cheese

worcestershire sauce

Garlic powder

Directions

Heat oven to Broil Place flank steak on a baking sheet lined with foil and sprinkle steak with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, seasoning salt, and pepper. Broil for 4-5 minutes. Remove from the oven, turn the steak over and season the other side. Broil for another 4-5 minutes (or until desired doneness). Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes before slicing on the diagonal into thin strips. Reserve any juices from the steak. While the steak is broiling in the oven, coat a large pan with olive oil and start sauteing green peppers, onion and mushrooms. Add the reserved steak juice to the pan. When veggies are tender add the steak strips. Lay provolone cheese slices over the top of the steak and bell pepper mixture, reduce heat and cover with a lid. Prepare Lettuce on a plate or tray. When the cheese has melted, fill each lettuce leaf with cheese steak mixture and serve immediately.
